Call 1-800-846-4749 and login using the information you received in the confirmation email that was sent when you signed up (if you do not have this information, click here.). Follow the prompts to record your message, you will be automatically assigned a list number for your use.

Marketing codes are used to help you track the results you get from your advertising. They allow you to add a "prefix" number to the front of your list number. This allows you to have different list numbers in all your different advertising mediums, while still having only one recorded PropertyCast™

PropertyCast™ offers an extensive array of reports for you to use to track the traffic on your listings as well as reports of where that traffic is coming from. Simply login to your account and select the "View Reports" link on the right.

On the first of each month, the usage incurred the month before is billed to the credit card that is currently on file.
